As we enter Spring we are already planning the 2018 Rebels & Redcoats. One new exciting change is that
we will have a special day for Homeschool students and families on Saturday the 3rd. Building on the scripted
event pieces like hanging the effigy of the Customs Agent and court martial of the turncoat soldier we will be
expanding the amount of history presented to the public. We are also discussing the possibility of a reduced
Sunday schedule to allow our friends who travel to exit the event sooner. Keep watching here as we approach
the event for news and updates. We look forward to being in your good company again.

If you are planning to attend Rebels & Redcoats, please make sure that either you or your unit leader
(if applicable) have contacted and registered with the event. The contact is info@rebelsandredcoats.net
Please understand that with students on Friday and public on Saturday and Sunday we cannot allow non
registered re-enactors or historical interpreters to participate. Our guests safety and quality of experience
comes first. We look forward to seeing you and sharing our mutual love of history.

We remain your most humble and obedient servants,

The Rebels & Redcoats Board of Directors

All participants on Friday (student day) should be prepared to answer these questions as your
 18th century persona.
 1) Who are you? Where are you from? What are your opinions on American liberties? 2) What kind of work do you do? 3) What do you think about The Sons of Liberty? 4) What do you think about King George III? 5) Why are you fighting?
